Parties are 1 1/2 hours in the gym for any participating party guest over the age of 4. The typical party uses beams, uneven bars, parallel bars, vault, floor, trampoline, and power tumble trak. The gymnastics party of the program is structured for fun and safety while challenging each child in an age appropriate manner.
Parents are then allowed to utilize for the party room to serve refreshments for a 1/2 hour after the children are in the gym. Cake, cupcakes, ice cream, pizza, sandwiches and drinks are all acceptable items to bring and serve. Motion has a refrigerator and freezer that can be used to keep items cold. You can decorate the party room as long as the decorations are removed when you leave. The staff will have tables and chairs set up for your convenience. If you need assistance our staff will gladly help. The staff will vacuum and remove garbage from the room after the party. Please leave the room as neat as when you got there. It is important that the next party is extended the same courtesies.
Our party staff is USA Gymnastics safety certified and First Aid and CPR trained. Our staff is trained to run a fun and safe party in an exciting and challenging environment.
Parents and Siblings or guests who do not participate in the party are not allowed on the equipment. No one is allowed on the equipment without a Motion Gymnastics staff member. There is no running in the party room. Staff will gladly play games with the guests if they finish eating. This is for the safety of your guests and you.

Currently the only available times is 3:00-5:00 p.m.
